Forrester Metals Inc (VEM.H-V)
| Vena Resources, led by chairman and chief executive officer Juan Vegarra, is a Peru-focused company with interests in precious and base metals exploration projects, uranium, and coal. In addition to several 100% controlled properties, Vena has a JV with Cameco for its uranium exploration properties in southern Peru, and with Goldfields Ltd for precious metals exploration in the Esquilache region. At the company's flagship Azulcocha zinc-manganese project Trafigura has exercised its option to acquire a 30% interest and the companies are advancing the project to construction. Once operating, ore from Vena's adjoining, 100% owned Azulcocha West property is also planned to be processed at Azulcocha. Vena also has several other ongoing projects related to restructuring its various property holdings and spinning several groups of properties out into individual silver and gold focused companies. |

| An IPV Chart is a graphical presentation of a Spec Value Hunter table that has been constructed according to the Rational Speculation Model developed by John Kaiser. The IPV Chart allows speculators to identify which projects offer poor, fair or good speculative value in both absolute and relative terms. The speculative value depends on the project stage, the project's implied value as calculated by the company's fully diluted capitalization, stock price and net project interest, and the dream target deemed appropriate for the project. A dream target is what a project would be worth in discounted cash flow terms once in production. |
