SV Rating: Bottom-Fish Spec Value - as of November 29, 2021: 1911 Gold Corp was assigned a Bottom-Fish Spec Value rating at the start of 2020 based on its consolidation of the Rice Lake belt in Manitoba which includes the 1,300 tpd mill operated by San Gold Corp from 2004-2015 which ended up in bankruptcy. Klondex Mines acquired the Rice Lake assets out of bankruptcy in 2016 but was itself acquired in 2018 by Hecla for its Nevada assets with the Rice Lake asset spun out as Havilah Mining Corp which changed its name on June 24, 2019. 1911 Gold's plan is to redevelop the True North Complex which yielded more than 2 million oz gold from the San Antonio Mine since 1932. The 54,000 ha land package covers the Rice Lake greenstone belt which is host to orogenic gold veins. There is an existing gold resource but it consists of numerous small zones which are not a development focus. The company is reprocessing tailings through the permitted facility while exploring for new zones with a 18,000 m 60 hole drill program starting Q4 2020. The mill has a $200 million replacement value and the project has $296 million in tax pools. The company has a well-rounded management team headed by CEO Ron Clayton which raised $5.2 million in flow-thru funds at $0.51-$0.75 (no warrants) during July 2023, which left it with $9.4 million working capital as of Sept 30, 2020 and 53.6 million fully diluted. 1911 Gold Corp has a Bottom-Fish Spec Value rating because the missing piece is the discovery of new gold zones which could become future mill feed, and the stock retreated 50% from a $0.98 peak in August after raising new capital in July.(see Profile for full Overview) |

SV Rating: Unrated: Aben Resources Ltd has been focused on its 100% owned Forrest Kerr project in the Golden Triangle since a 6:1 rollback in 2015. Headed by Jim Petit the junior spends lavishly on "shareholder communications" which has enabled it to fill the treasury annually for another Golden Triangle exploration season. Late season results yielded significant rallies in 2017 and 2018, with a flashy intersection in 2018 attracting an investment from Eric Sprott. Forrest Kerr, however, has failed to deliver a discovery hole that led to delineation of a mineralized deposit. The 2019 and 2020 exploration seasons were eventless and financing activity was weak in 2020 despite an awakening bull market. Visible insiders own only 2%, making it difficult to see who has incentive to drive a fresh Forrest Kerr speculation cycle. The company does have sufficient capital to avoid being rated as a zombie junior, but it does not qualify for a bottom-fish spec value rating because the main missing piece seems to be a rollback and repositioning event for insiders.(see Profile for full Overview) |

Delisted: Abitibi Royalties Inc was listed on July 15, 2011 following a spinout from Glenn Mullan's Golden Valley Mines Ltd whereby Golden Valley retained a majority inteerst and issued 1 RZZ for each 25 Golden Valley shares. The flagship asset, a 3% NSR on the Malartic CHL property that adjoins Agnico Eagle and Yamana Gold’s “Canadian Malartic Mine” near Val-dOr, Quebec, resulted from resolution of a dispute with Osisko which included 5 million Yamana and 459,000 Agnico shares. Abitibi Royalties Inc. is majority-owned by Golden Valley and headed by CEO Ian Ball and Chairman Glenn Mullan. The junior's business strategy is to develop a royalty portfolio by purchasing royalties in properties surrounding operating mines by assuming holding costs.” Rob McEwen, with just over 8% of the equity, is also an important shareholder, along with various Quebec Labour Funds. |

SV Rating: Bottom-Fish Spec Value - as of November 28, 2022: Adamera Minerals Corp has had Bottom-Fish Spec Value ratings assigned below $0.10 multiple times since late 2013 after Mark Kolebaba merged his two uranium and diamond companies and pivoted to gold exploration in northeastern Washington, a former mining region abandoned by juniors and majors alike. But the stock rarely made it above $0.10 and only briefly above $0.20 in 2017 because Adamera never pulled a clear cut discovery hole and there was always a wall of paper from clip and flippers who took a series of cheap unit private placements. The first exploration wave ran from 2013-2015 and focused on epithermal plays like Empire and Flag Hill on the western margin of the Republic Graben, and to a lesser extent on the eastern margin where a group of claims collectively known as Cooke Mountain had potential for skarn hosted gold deposits. The second wave ran from 2016-2019 and was focused on Cooke Mountain where Adamera had undertaken a regional Mag-EM survey to identify new targets premised on the model that the gold bearing sulphide deposits, which would be conductive, were associated with magnetite in the skarns formed in limestone near the gold mineralization. During 2020, a year when Adamera got no drilling done because of the covid pandemic, there were three important developments that became the basis for making Adamera a Bottom-Fish Spec Value rated 2021 Favorite at $0.10 effective April 1, 2021. These three developments are the arrival of Hochschild Mining as a farm-in partner for the Cooke Mountain project where drilling will begin in late April 2021, the assembly of the Buckhorn 2.0 property around the original Buckhorn Mine (1.3 million oz at 12 g/t gold) still owned by Kinross, and the arrival of a new audience linked to Crown Resources Corp (absorbed by Kinro...(see Profile for full Overview) |

Delisted: Adanac Molybdenum Corporation is the owner of the Ruby Creek molybdenum project located near Atlin in northern British Columbia for which a measured and indicated 43-101 resource of 407.9 million tonnes of 0.067% Mo was reported in 2009. Ruby Creek was explored by various parties from 1966 until the claims were allowed to lapse in the late nineties. They were restaked in 2002 and acquired by Larry Reaugh's Adanac which initiated a feasibility study in 2004 when molybdenum prices underwent a tenfold price gain to levels above $30/lb where they stayed until the financial collapse in late 2008. Adanac received approval in late 2007 to develop a 23,000 tpd open pit mine at a cost of $640 million, toward which it secured senior note bridge financing of $80 million in May 2008, the proceeds of which were used to order mine equipment. On December 19, 2008 Adanac filed for bankruptcy protection and undertook a restructuring plan completed on February 28, 2011 which involved a 150:1 rollback and the issue of new stock which resulted in note holders owning 92% of Adanac, unsecured creditors 5%, and existing shareholders 3% of the resulting 25,462,544 issued stock. Larry Reaugh's team has been replaced by representatives of the resulting key shareholders. All development permits remain valid, though a federal permit for a tailings pond is still needed. All development work is on hold while management awaits better molybdenum prices and seeks the joint venture or sale of the Ruby Creek project. |
Last Corporate Change - Dec 16, 2015: Takeover Bid at $0.18 - WBOX acquired 100% of Adanc's shares under a plan of arrangement. Adanac distributed $4.27 million in cash to Adanac shareholders as a return of capital for 18.37 cents per Adanac share. |

Delisted: Africo Resources Ltd, controlled by Chairman Chris Theodoropoulos, is focused on the high-grade Kalukundi copper cobalt deposit in Katanga province in southeasterrn DRC near Kolwezi. The Kalukundi project has a dozen so-called "fragments" of which four have a combined M+I+I resource of 27,130,000 tonnes of 2.54% copper and 0.59% cobalt to a depth of 200 metres. A feasiblity study was completed in 2006 and preparations were underway to begin construction of the $200 million project prior to the onset of ownership/taxation disputes with the government and the collapse of copper prices in 2008. During 2009 the DRC and Africo adopted a new definitive agreement and the company spent the rest of the year drilling "fragments" not in the resource estimate. In late 2009 Africo had working capital of $80 million, most of which came from then-controlling shareholder Dan Gertler. Africo is slowly advancing Kalukundi while investigating other potential acquisitions. |

Delisted: Firebird Resources Inc has a long history that goes back to the 1980s when it was called Pan Oceanic Ventures Inc before rolling back 5:1 and changing its name to Falcon Ventures Intl Corp on Dec 31, 1991. Falcon spent the 1990s chasing projects in Voisey's Bay and Indondesia. After a 10:1 rollback and name change to Falcon Ventures Inc on Dec 24, 2002 Falcon charged into the Carlin-type Botwood Basin play invented by Altius in Newfoundland. On June 26, 2007 Falcon changed its name back to Falcon Ventures Intl Corp, and on Nov 5, 2009 to Firebird with a 5:1 rollback. In Jan 2010 Thomas Tough became CEO and in June 2010 Firebird optioned the Buzzard-Jefferson project in South Carolina's Slate Belt where Romarco was advancing the Haille gold project. David Power who had pretty much run Falcon since 2000 left in Dec 2010. On Dec 24, 2010 Firebird split its stock 1:2. In Mar 2011 John Cook took over as CEO. In July 2011 Firebird raised $2.2 million via a non-brokered private placement at $0.60 taken down by a bunch of brokers just before a spinout of an Ontario prospect and $700,000 loan as GTO Resources Inc on a 1 GTO for 2 Firebird basis (now trades on CSE as Velocity Data Ltd). Firebird stopped reporting drill results in 2012 and sold the Jefferson project on May 25, 2016 to Pancontinental Uranium Corp for $72,000 and 716,667 shares. Firebird retains 70% interest in the Buzzard project. On May 5, 2016 Firebird announced a plan for a private placement of 10 million units at $0.025 that included a warrant exercisable for 90 days at $0.05 and then escalating to $0.15 for the rest of the year. This offering is open to non-accredited existing shareholders. The largest shareholder is Ned Goodman's Jodomada Foundation at 8,320,000 shares. |

Delisted: Alacer Gold, a company which emerged as a result of the merger of Anatolia Minerals and ASX-listed Avoca Resources, is led by CEO Edward Dowling. Alacer combines Avoca's Australian gold production with Anatolia's Turkish focus dating to 1996, where production began during 2011 at its flagship Copler project where it is developing a heap-leach operation to mine the oxide zone containing 1.8 million ounces Au and 2.2 million ounces Ag recoverable over a 10 year mine life. Copler contains an overall resource of 6.3 million gold ounces in all categories, remains open in most directions, and is currently projected to have a 20 year mine life, with mining of the sulfide resource to occur following the depletion of the oxide resource. Additional properties in Anatolia's 1 million hectare portfolio include several carried interests in joint ventures. In August 2009 Anatolia announced the formation of a strategic alliance with Calik Maden Isletmeleri AS, a subsidiary of Calik Holding AS which is one of Turkey's largest industrial groups, where Calik can acquire up to a 20% interest in Copler, laying the groundwork for the two companies to jointly explore and develop other mineral properties in Turkey on a 50/50 basis. In September 2010 Anatolia announced plans to merge with Australia-based Avoca Resource Ltd, with Avoca shareholders receiving 0.4453 Anatolia share, to create a new intermediate gold producer to be name Alacer Gold Corp that will have forecast gold production of 600,000 ounces in 2013 and 800,000 ounces in 2015, with gold reserves of 3 million ounces and resources of 15 million ounces. For 2011 production was 411,933 gold ounces, and is forecast to be around 400,000 ounces in 2012 at cash costs of around $700 per ounce. In 2013 the company divested its Australian assets, restoring its Turkish focus, and produced a record 216,000 ounces at Copler with all-in costs of $865 per ounce. |

Delisted: Alchemist Mining Inc, which listed on the TSXV as a CPC called NY85 Capital Inc on July 28, 2011, completed its qualifying transaction in May 2012 through the acquisition of an option on the Carscallen project in Ontario's Porcupine District. Although the company subsequently abandoned the Carscallen property, it continued to explore for gold in the Porcupine District, currently at its flagship Mondotta exploration property. On January 27, 2014 Alchemist conducted a 5:1 rollback after CEO Keith Anderson concluded that having only 4 million shares issued would be the only way to finance the company. In March 2014 the company indicated it was looking for new projects, "in various sectors, including resources, agricultural, technology, as well as the medical industry." Dal Brynelsen joined the board on May 16, 214 so that Alchemist's search for new projects unrelated to the resource sector could benefit from Brynelsen's "30 years of experience in the mining industry." In August 2014 the company delisted from the TSXV, choosing to list its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange. |

Delisted: Alexco is an emerging silver producer with an environmental services business focused on remediation of past producing mine sites. Alexco's primary focus is on the Yukon Territory's Keno Hill property, historically one of the world's highest-grade silver districts, where it is combining government-contracted remediation efforts with exploration intended to expand historical resources. Following a production decision in 2009, construction was financed in part through an agreement for Silver Wheaton to purchase 25% of Keno Hill's silver production at $3.90 per ounce in exchange for a $50 million staged payment. Initial production at the past-producing Bellekeno mine, at a rate of 250 tonnes per day, began in Q4 2010, with commercial production declared in early January 2011. For calendar 2011 the company produced 2 million silver ounces, and in 2012 produced 2.15 million ounces, with lead and zinc concentrates sold to Glencore. Going forward the company intends to continue exploration at Keno Hill in order to increase known resources, and to work towards production decisions in regards to potential capacity expansions from mining at the Onek, Lucky Queen and Silver King mine areas. During summer 2013 the company announced it would be suspending mining operations during the upcoming winter of 2013-2014, with plans to resume production in 2014 pending an increase in the silver price. |

SV Rating: Bottom-Fish Spec Value - as of December 1, 2021: Alianza Minerals Ltd has a Bottom-Fish Spec Value rating based on its emergence as a competent prospect-generator that generally farms out its projects but is also not afraid to conduct drill programs on 100% owned projects if needed to make them more marketable for farmouts or when the targets represent low hanging fruit. Alianza is headed by executive Chairman Mark Brown, who runs the business side of the company, and CEO Jason Weber, who emerged from the Equity consulting group that specialized in northern British Columbia and the Yukon. The current flagship is the Haldane project south of Victoria Gold's new Eagle heap leach gold mine and west of Alexco's Keno Hill high grade silver mine. Although Haldane has the same Keno Hill quartzites which host Alexco's high grade silver veins, with several north-south striking lead-silver veins on the southern side of Mt Haldane which underwent very small scale mining during the 1920's, the area has not seen anywhere near the degree of exploration as the Keno Hill district which yielded 200 million ounces silver at an average grade of 44 opt from 1913 until 1989 when costs finally over-ran metal prices. Alexco revived the KHSD in 2006, operated Bellekeno from 2011-2013, discovered several new high grade zones, and is awaiting a final permit by the end of 2019 in order to resume production. Alexco also had drilling success in 2019 and has performed very well in what amounts to the 8th year of a resource junior bear market. Mt Haldane always represented high-hanging silver fruit, which is why it was available for Alianza to option in 2018 on easy terms with only a dozen holes into it, most of them earlier this decade by a junior whose shareholders got what you get when you chomp into an haberno. Alianza has not marketed Haldane...(see Profile for full Overview) |

Delisted: Avanti, led by President and CEO Craig J. Nelson and backed by Resource Capital Fund, is focused on developing the prefeasibility stage Kitsault molybdenum project in British Columbia. A December 2008 preliminary economic assessment completed at the past-producing Kitsault mine suggested a mine capable of producing approximately 25 million pounds of molybdenum per year over a 15-year mine life, at a cash cost of less than $6 per pound. Beyond its flagship project, Avanti has announced its intensions to acquire advanced molybdenum prospects and move them toward development, to purchase byproduct molybdenum production streams from copper producers, and to become a consolidator in the junior molybdenum market. |

Delisted: Alpha Minerals Inc is the successor to ESO Uranium Corp following a 10:1 rollback on November 2, 2012. Its flagship project is a 50:50 JV with Fission Energy on the Patterson Lake South project on the southern flank of Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. A high grade uranium boulder chasing exploration strategy led to a discovery under glacial cover in the summer of 2012. A $4 million drill program was initiated in January 2013 to delineate this shallow unconformity style uranium discovery. Alpha is headed by CEO Ben Ainsworth. In September 2013 the company agreed to a revised takeover offer from its JV partner at the Patterson Lake South property, of 5.725 shares of Fission for each Alpha share with the balance of Alpha's assets to be spun-off into a new company, Alpha Exploration. |

Delisted: Amanta Resources Ltd is a southeast Asia focused junior headed by the team of mining engineer Gerry Wright and geologist Pieter Bakker, both of whom have extensive experience with Thailand where Amanta has been active since 2004. Amanta has targeted tungsten and gold projects in Thailand where it hopes to develop the Mae Lama high grade tungsten deposit as a small scale mine. But in 2008 Amanta's focus shifted to the relatively untapped exploration frontier of neighboring Laos when a two year effort to secure a concession came to fruition with the granting of the 20,000 ha Luang Namtha concession covering part of the Yulong copper porphyry belt. Amanta's network of Thai and Vietnamese geologists has identified a promising new high grade copper-silver prospect within the Luang Namtha property. In July 2010 Amanta also announced it had formed a joint venture with CNP Exploration and Mining Import Export Co. Ltd., an established Lao construction and mining company, where Amanta will hold an 80% interest in projects the joint venture intends to acquire. In July 2014 the company was suspended by the British Columbia Securities Commission or failing to file a comparative financial statement and a Form 51-102F1 management's discussion and analysis for the period ended Feb. 28, 2014. |
